The Watertown campus of Mount Marty College, located on the campus of Lake Area Technical
Institute, offers local and affordable college education to around 300 students each
semester. Mount Marty College, in a Catholic Benedictine liberal arts tradition, strives
to prepare students for a life of work, service to community, and spiritual growth. In
keeping with that mission, our goal in Watertown is to deliver a personal and
value-oriented college education to the people of this region. At the Watertown Campus
students become part of a community of learners who care about each other's intellectual,
physical, social, and spiritual growth.
Students may take evening, daytime, and some weekend classes in pursuit of six different degree programs at the Watertown Campus. Bachelor of Arts degrees are available in Elementary Education, Behavioral Science, Selected Studies: Liberal Arts, and Business Administration (marketing emphasis). Associate of Arts degrees are available in Business Administration and General Studies.
The faculty at the Watertown branch of Mount Marty College combine their academic credentials with a broad range of work experience. They are noted for their enthusiasm, their willingness to give students individual attention, and their quality instruction. An average of 14 students per class helps insure a collaborative learning environment between student and teacher.
